Angela Siffort has experience working with a diversified population of men, women, and children. She provides expertise in areas of trauma, grief, substance and/or alcohol use/abuse, domestic violence victim, anxiety, depression, and self-image (esteem, worth, and independence) issues. Angela Siffort is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Florida Career College. Angela Siffort is an outpatient therapist at CMET. At CMET Angela facilitates the parenting educational training group and anger management program, domestic violence program, batterers intervention prevention program, parenting with special needs program, co-parenting program, individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling. In her role at CMET she brings intervention and advocacy for families involved in the Family Dependency Court in Broward County, FL, offering targeted interventions to support family reunification and stability. Angela utilizes a collaborative, psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies for focusing on the presenting concerns, needs, and strengths of each individual. She integrates client-centered evidenced-based practices for facilitating personal change, growth, and longevity for meeting their therapeutic needs.
