Mischa Grissom-Darrisaw, MSW
Clinician
Mischa is a motivated clinical therapist at CMET with a master’s degree from Barry University. Mischa received bachelor’s degrees in psychology and social work from Florida A&M University. Mischa has over 5 years of experience working with children and families in the community and in the school setting.
Mischa is a part of the SIPS team, working as a school clinician. She currently works with elementary students who suffer from ADHD, grief, adjustment disorders and more. Her most used therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; specifically, play therapy, art therapy and role play. Mischa is dedicated to helping clients utilize coping skills to manage trauma and negative thoughts and/or behaviors.
