We are all feeling how COVID-19 is impacting the entire world. Everyone is affected on so many levels. The anxiety, the fear of the unknown and uncertainty has had such a major impact on us all mentally.
Despite those emotional disturbances, we have come to realize that certain things are beyond our control. We can always look for ways to help us all manage current situation such as

-Knowing that this shall pass
-Recognizing the true importance of what really matters such as family and faith
-Making self available to assist the less fortunate
-Recognizing that we are not alone
We are naturally resilient and will overcome.
